I was skeptical as to whether a gaming suitable multimedia notebook can be realized in such a thin case (2cm) without being equal enormously loud and hot. I take it in advance, I'm thrilled! I'm more of a casual gamer who surfs meißt the net. That said, I was looking for a perennial, lightweight, yet when needed fast device with dezerdierter graphics card. I had experience with Lenovo Y570 and ASUS N55SF collected and was up to the endurance and the weight very pleased with these devices. The Acer M3 with i5 CPU and GT640M VGA then it should be and I also read reports and even local vending, meißt the embodiment has been described with the i7 processor which only Maginal should run faster (for about 400, -EUR Surcharge) but with added a very fast 256GB SSD, to which I gave. Now my experience: Thanks to the new chip series HM77 course I also thought of the possibility of subsequent promote disarmament in the new 3rd generation processors from Intel, which, thanks soldered CPU is unfortunately not possible. The graphics card is a performance index of 6.9 under Windows 7 64Bit, under Cinebench 11.5 with 29.70 pts and Cinebench 10 with 5320 points quite a bit faster than the GT555M, especially in light of only 17 watt i5 processor (1 , 6-2,3GHz). So power is thus given and now the rest. Memory is unfortunately only a base exists, then the internally installed 2GB RAM together to max. 6GB RAM can be expanded. Nevertheless, sufficient, but it takes hold in height and weight (about 2kg) also place! The keyboard is great, if only because it is not plugged in, but has been integrated directly in the housing cap. Shortcoming is the somewhat low-contrast screen, which, however, can still provide a good brightness of approx 200xx. Everything together is just the design, the performance, the volume and the battery performance with up to 9 hours an announcement! So buy!
