The Curved shape has actually only disadvantages, strong reflections and horizontal lines of light by reflection of light sources. The reflections are in my opinion not only on Curved design, but also on the Ultra Clear Panel. Have this TV can be compared to a UE55H6470 who has 6870 bottom line but a noticeably better picture than the 6470, is here surely sending you the Ultra Clear Panel. Also was very noticeable that the WLAN module in 6470 was much slower, the 6870 streams without problems even HD movies. Most annoying is the clouding of 6870, films with lots of dark make then much less fun, but I have kept the 6870, as it unfortunately is state of the art, Clouding is more or less the purchase inclusive. Unfortunately, the production and development of plasma TVs has been set, who do not know all these problems. The high power consumption is known to me.
