Update 1: After one week test run I have to say, unfortunately, that the special programs are not selectable. Once special programs you go to the field and these dials, you only have access to the first program: "shirts". All other, namely: NOT duvet, bed linen, cashmere, sports, jeans, baby clothes and small cargo can be selected. My wife and I have tried it for one hour with aid of the operation manual, then we called the customer service. Also knew no advice. In two days, the repair service comes and looks at it. Whether it was a case of warranty could not assure me the man from customer service. Hmmm, I'm curious. Until then I have here definitely two star pull, when half of the programs are not selectable.
The Bauknecht WM Trend 724 ZEN washing machine came within 5 days with us and then was connected without any problems.
The first impression was: This device looks indeed very chic. It is also striking gelcih at the beginning, how difficult is the washing machine. We previously a Bauknecht Wagh obsessed 72 and 724 Zen is again much more difficult. Many devices, one would perhaps rate as a disadvantage, in the test, however, shows why this is a very good thing.
After the transport protection has been removed, it was also going on already. The machine has a number of pre-set programs, which are sufficient for daily Gebracuh actually. The duration of the programs is unterscheidlich, ranging from a quick wash of 15 minutes to the eco program, which takes all the 6 hours. For a first test I've chosen the Cottons with one hour.
Most programs run is very easy. The default settings can be selected mittles Round button in the middle. In the bottom row you will find a strip of additional function keys that you tap lightly. Then you can make fine adjustments, change the temperature, for example, or the number of revolutions during the spin cycle. Practical: Here also power consumption and water consumption is displayed. That's all very clear and functional.
Once the engine starts running, one wonders: the loudest thing you will hear throughout the wash cycle, the increase or empty out the water. The drum itself runs incredibly quietly indeed. Here make then again the gravity of the machine felt: Thick walls ensure apparently for peace. Even more convincing is the whole then during the spin cycle: Even the spin cycle is even quieter than the pumping and the best part: The machine does not receive Wanderlust, ie it remains in the strongest spin-dry setting just stand, rattles or does not wobble.
The machine also advertises with gentler cleaning. I can not really judge. The fact is that no garment is broken and there is no mysterious holes in T-Shirts were (a phenomenon of modern times). The movement of the wash drum is certainly easy and swaying.
The washing result is not good better or worse than at the Bauknecht Wagh 72, but there was also already everything's alright. It is nice here is that there is a special program dirt. With this I've actually got an older chocolate stain from a Sweitshirt.
One small gripe I have yet: In a laundry of the children socks got stuck in the rubber seal round Öfnnung and stayed there throughout the entire wash cycle. in fact, there is in this great seal a crack, can fall into the small items. These are then not washed carefully. So far, this has happened only once, and you can probably expect a stupid accident.
Ansosnten convinced us this washing machine in every respect.
