The weight bench offers wide adjustment possibilities: Height at the front, footrests and knee pads very quick to remove and install, the angles of the seat and adjustable backrest also very fast. We can perform the exercises in good conditions, with well cushioned back against the backrest to spare his lower back.
After removing the pins, the bench folds up like an ironing board, thicker of course, and it can be placed against a wall or in a closet.
Although simple, this bench may however pose mounting problems for two reasons:
1. The screws and bolts are in three different diameters: 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. This would require a 14mm wrench, two key 17mm and two 19mm key! Fortunately, we can replace all this with two more universal tools: multiple clamp and / or adjustable wrench. Must still have them!
2. The holes of the U-yokes of the two major joints are offset by about 1 mm, which prevents fully depress the pins. A small touch with a round file, also called "rat tail" is required.
Conclusion. Very pleased with this bench, but those who are not equipped and a little DIY may have some difficulty in climbing it. That's the only reason I put four stars instead of five!
