After a few weeks of use in a Lamy Nexx the converter inspires me still does not. One has relatively fewer refills - if you do that over the spring, it must be completely submerged, since otherwise the converter filled halfway with bubbles. However that so much ink remains hanging outside, which must be wiped out ... can turn into a real mess if you're not careful. Assuming the converter to fill out, this is then smeared on the outside. Better to fill the same with a syringe cartridges: one has more ink in the filler and less smearing.
Addition: Because the converter was still some ink, I continued using it after the votes up review a few more days and realized that now the flow of ink is irregular! Although still about 1/3 of the volume was filled with ink, nothing more came and I had a little turn on the converter plug so I could continue writing.
I would be quite willing to spend a little more money for a functioning and sophisticated converter - the idea is not wrong per se yes. This part here is, however, soon disposed of.
