I have this keyboard directly ordered by Razer from the US.
Disadvantage for German average consumer:
It comes as US keyformat (more on that later something else) and the buttons are sometimes a little differently arranged than usual.
It took 3 days until I no longer typo made, the last key that me still hampered today
is the ENTER key. The German ENTER are much bigger and my fingers you will not still blind.
Apart from that, the keyboard is a dream. I had always the situation that I had a key is not posted on the normal "good" keyboards 100% and the attack was lost.
With the Razer keyboard happens no longer, I find myself to pause repeatedly to correct a typo then surprised to find that no one is there because the key has been correctly identified.
This is only possible because the keys are not only at the stop trigger as in a normal keypad, they already released from an early stage and the stop is there only as a tactile feedback.
This is still that of the spring pressure of the keys to "perfect" feels much better and more controlled than usual.
The backlight is beautifully resolved, I have a mid-priced brand product here and that can not keep up since. The keys light up beautifully and are surrounded by a green glow. Very elegantly solved.
The label is very well resolved, only the main title of the buttons is illuminated (ie 1 is green! Is gray) and the icons are easy to read and instantly recognizable.
The keyboard is hard enough not to slip, it "sticks" firmly in place where it belongs.
As a professional programmer, I can no longer without the keyboard and PC as a passionate player there is certainly nothing to complain about. The keyboard detects countless keys simultaneously without buffer overflow, you can believe I press 12 keys simultaneously and the PC recognizes still each in real time.
In conclusion:
Many discourages the US from layout certainly. I had to learn by buying a Razer Blade notebook early to deal with it. Therefore, it was with the keyboard then no longer a problem.
I have solved it this way: you load the free Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator down and put you öäü @ ss on the keys OUAS each with the trick that it triggers when CTRL + ALT.
The result is that I now can write faster than before, it breaks my fingers no more to tap the umlauts.
Part there is the new keyboard apparently already with EN layout.
The keyboard is so good that I have me, a second buy despite the price for my second job. I can not imagine on a PC to work with something else to me. Since it can be taken as Keyboard Layout in Windows is enabled in all programs at once.
Who perfect mouse also want that there even with Amazon by Razer:; camp = 1638 & creative = 19454 & creativeASIN = B009DYOPIM & Linkcode = as2 & tag = link0cd-21
I have tried almost every single mouse from Razer and had some disappointments, the New is better in the hand than any other, and works in the cable operation as well as in wireless mode perfectly.
