As a trained chef I just wanted such a pan. A star deduction there because of the following: When unpacking, I noticed immediately that the handle was loose. For a pan at this price which has been rather unlikely. After I tried to put on the mounting screw of the handle fixed, I had baffled fesstellen that that was not possible. Since I'm not technically untalented, I have added a snap ring in between and thus solved the problem. The pan is really good, otherwise I would have returned it. Ahja ... to ascertain whether the top chefs from Germany take a tool in the hand I doubt ..... Update: a major drawback is that the small handle at the other end where the stem is being cast, so I got me carelessly burned already 2x .....
