Can only agree with the previous speakers with the bad reviews. My wool-pan is now 2 years old. According to the manufacturer you can even cut into the pan without it being detrimental to the coating. We even took advantage of only plastic spatula. The pan (actually even dishwasher safe) is cleaned with water, washing up liquid and a soft sponge. Also it does not overheat. Nevertheless, the coating dissolves from a large area and the non-stick coating can be felt after. Without enough fat sticks now everything firmly on the ground. As if that was not enough: A few days ago we held the pan to wash up on the sink and suddenly had only the handle in his hand. The plastic of the handle is easily broken and the cup fell into the sink. Imagine that would have happened if you would have lifted the pan together with hot contents from the oven. For the high price you think the quality of the pan an outrage.
