An expedition in the long term (this is the least we can say) in search of extraterrestrial life, a captain totally obsessed with his mission as to risk the worst coming back in a sort of no man's land (a dark area between two arms of the Galaxy), one of the passengers became amnesiac in mysterious circumstances, all the ingredients are in place for a good science fiction novel. This story describes the life on board with the "eternal" succession of generations of explorers, and especially with the resulting tensions with the implementation of mutiny. The quest for the hero in search of his identity, or rather its previous identities, is the frame of this text whose successful outcome to surprise us. To this, add sound scientific knowledge of the author, and you will come to a very good novel pleasant reading. Note the last two paragraphs of this book are, to me, unexpected and absolutely sublime. In summary, a writer to discover. Good reading
