Good food processor - great value for money!

The food processor was packaged very well with us.
The delivery arrived quickly.

The Lucia Argentea is a visual highlight in every kitchen. After unpacking, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the food processor (attention small kitchens: it needs a lot of space on the countertop).
The first time you pack up the food processor smelled very slightly plastic smell but vanished within minutes.

3. Construction and commissioning ***** 5 stars

The structure managed quickly and easily, the individual parts are self-explanatory. By practical suckers on the base of the food processor holds this good on the countertop. The power cord is long enough. The first operation worked without any problems. The volume is currently at level 6 (highest level) quite noisy.

4. use everyday Mixer ***** 5 stars

The jug is made of glass and dishwasher safe, he makes a solid impression. The blades of the mixer are particularly sharp (Be careful when cleaning).

We use the jug mainly for:

- Smoothies (with juice or milk): works particularly well with all soft to medium firm fruits. This rather applies: rather strong puree (level 4) and fast than slow and weak.

- Quark desserts and ice (frozen fruit mashed with sugar, butter milk or cream). Again, we set the speed quite high to achieve a good result.

- Crushed Ice: For each cocktail lovers a must! Can also crush well with the jug. Small But: the pieces of ice may not be too large.

Definitely, it is also preparing porridge range particularly well with this mixer. Since our children are but outgrown the Breialter, we have not tried this.

5. everyday use mincer **** 4 stars

We have the mincer used to spray the production of cookies. Unfortunately, in the instructions was no indication on the individual templates / discs. So we have all the disks tested (s. Photo).
The result: none of the wheels really suitable as a sprits disc.
Best worked the metal discs, some of the plastic discs bonded and the dough was not depressed.

6. Use everyday bowl ***** 5 stars

The bowl has thoroughly enjoyed it. It is easy to remove and fit with their form perfectly to any kitchen scale. So you can weigh the different ingredients directly into the bowl. The dough kneading has worked wonderfully. The various Stirrers to all doughs can mix. The whisk is especially suitable pitch for egg whites or cream.

The manual is available in German and English. In both languages, the use of the food processor is well explained and discussed possible dangers.
The only drawback: In the manual there is no explanation about the different dough inserts the meat grinder (so). So we had to try first which disc is suitable for the production of cookies.

8. Cleaning **** 5 stars

The food processor can be wonderfully clean (this should be best done immediately). Even the meat grinder can be completely dismantled and cleaned with a brush. Some parts are even dishwasher safe (s. Instructions)

On the whole we are very satisfied with the Klarstein food processor. Despite minor flaws such as: high volume, concise operating instructions and the missing for us pastry paper, we give a strong buy recommendation for this device. Especially the price-performance ratio has convinced us. At this price, you get certainly no comparable device with so many features.
