This paring knife is the third of the Ikon series, which adorns the wall in my kitchen. But it does not only look good but of course cuts also excellent. I use it almost every day and mainly for cleaning of vegetables and fruits. The size of the blade is ideal to get to hard to reach places and times. The knife sits well in the hand and has to my mind also just the right weight. The quality of the knife Wüsthof typically high. This should not expect a sharp knife for many years, at which one has long cooking fun.
