Hello, the subsequent experience as a report for those who are thinking about buying a coffee capsule system. Santa Claus replaced my previous Tassimo system by this chic Nespresso combination device. The Tassimo system I was quite happy, but it was coming to 3 years a bit old, looks rather stuffy (functional Bosch Design) from. Regular coffee I found very good, as was the hot chocolate, which (used only for guests) tea is expensive, but also drinkable. Then why Nespresso? Properly delicious coffee / espresso, beautiful design and a bit of glamor. Thus, inexpensive shopped with Amazon, including 70 Euro coupon capsule. Put the machine into operation, first impression: good workmanship, though a bit more plastic than expected, warm-up time considerably longer than with Tassimo (about 25 seconds), Capsule operation simple, coffee a dream, but then long dripping. Ever, the machine is more care than we were used to it, the capsule container and drip water container and dripping require constant cleaning. The redemption of the voucher at Nespresso is initially a bit annoying, but then goes well. THEN: after a few weeks or about 50 drinks the coffee was not hot, with a special thermometer, scarce 60 degrees. We complained to the Nespresso Club one abwimmeln: how long you can hold your finger under it, they do not heat the cup before blah blah. Then call the technical service, same story: you have decalcified (we had, even though only 50 cups and soft water), I see the computer does not mean that you have ordered Entkalker with us, clean the water outlet blah, blah). After about 30 minutes telephony then agreed exchange, worked great. After 2 weeks, machine back, thermostat and flow measurement exchanged (yeah, right), temperature back to good 75 degrees. Oh yes, the Aeroccino 3: Works on daytime: times solid foam, often just hot milk with barely bubbles. And yes, we are going exactly as directed before: fresh milk, long shelf life, refrigerated, no overcrowding, proper use. The Handaufschäumer-bar works every time, hence the Aeroccino is now mostly rum. Conclusion: The coffee from the machine is absolutely great, the selection class - every drink on the quality of a small 5 star luxury (I'm not talking from the capsule-price, because that is well known from the beginning). This also the reason for at least another 2 stars because the system and the Nespresso Club get a maximum of one star. Maybe we had a Montags- device, but also the milk frother is crap. And the reaction of the Hotline a disaster. Think there would be a simple solution: back to Amazon. In sum, I grieve for something the Tassimo- system because it significantly easier in the "Maintenance" and with good "normal" coffee quality (no good espresso). Otherwise, I would recommend a Nespresso system with a foreign milk frother, as there are devices with induction, which can even in the dishwasher. Bye
