Excellent book for the practitioner

I think, to date, have read all the books on the French language in acceptance and commitment therapy, and I really found that it is the best in that it is clear, accessible, structured and structuring; it gives a clear vision of what Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and numerous tracks for practicing.

I find that different books on the ACT are redundant, it gives a really enlightening perspective.
