I took advantage for 2 years an Apple TV 2 incl. JB to access with XBMC on my media collection on my NAS.

Especially there were problems with the video playback with XBMC. It jerky!

When I disabled 2 of these methods and only "Libstarfright" was activated, the problem was solved! (In the settings "acceleration" in XBMC.

XBMC running like the devil! Arrow Quick! And that with nem powerful inflated skin.
Access to my NAS works fine. The connection to TV and audio system also.
And all incredibly fast and smooth. So the fun again !.

When configuring and daily benefits helps me a Logitech - Funkkeybord (K400) - works very well!
In addition, the connection was also perfect on my remote control Harmony Touch.

The whole runs with me via LAN. Therefore, I can not judge the wireless Qualtiäten.

As a bonus I have XBMC next now additional options, which are almost infinite,. Through the Android Appstore

And my biggest concern was the transition that I will miss the great Airplay function from the AppleTV to stream from my Ipad and Iphone on my investment.
