Configuration no problem if you read the manual (though I had to call technical service of Plantronics, which reminded me in the day), automatic connections to both phones or independently to each of them, very good resistance battery, including intensive use, which is my case ... Very light, we tend to forget the ear.
My interlocutors seem to hear me perfectly, even in a noisy environment.
Frankly, very good product.
