Otherwise, the pan is on their properties to be very good.
The floor is straight and it sets no wobbles on the ceramic hob.
The heat can thus also evenly distributed and the crepes are uniformly brown.
The Thermospot still appears additionally when the right temperature has been reached.

For the crepes edge is us but too short. We do not use extra-Teigverteiler but let it flow around in the pan bevelled held. But the oil is quickly quicker than the dough and flows through the short edge out fast ... but it can get used to and watch.
Then there's the limited space in our kitchen ... so we will certainly use the pan a court not only for that.
