1. Composition:
The structure is a little more complicated than expected, but he that is not awkward with the screwdriver, which gets back also. One advantage is definitely set up the unit for two.
2. Initial installation:
After I had switched on the device, I was led simple and customer-friendly way through the menu. The wireless installation was also very easy. Update has been drawn with me none, so I can not comment to say how this takes place.
My image source I refer from a satellite receiver of "heaven" and so I had to carry out any transmitter installation.
3. Image Quality:
As I previously owned a 32 "Toshiba LCD and was already almost 5 years old, my first impressions of the new image has formally bowled.
The sharpness is knotless, the colors very powerful and rich. Of course the picture with an HD source is much better than a regular SD signal, but also the SD signal is to my mind a pretty good picture.
The source of a BluRay is indescribable. The picture has such a depth that it comes across partly already unreal and it is believed to perceive a small 3D effect.
The virteulle 3D switch in my opinion is a matter of taste. I'm not fond of it because it does not really achieve a 3D effect. Here you should try a real 3D BluRay then already.
Even with my device called the Clouding is at the corners of the panel to the fore, but it is not God knows as bad as it is described here by many. If you do not look closely at my unit, who finds it very likely not to.
4. Sound Quality:
Personally, I can hear my sound via a Samsung BluRay home theater system, so I can say little about the TV sound. That what I get but briefly to hear was, for such a shallow unit very well. So who has no external sound output will be well served with the sound from the TV.
5. SmartHub:
Is absolutely uninteresting for me as I run Internet on PC, Notebook & Iphone and there is also much faster and easier to use.
6. USB port:
The Ker simply reads everything I give to eat him. All Video, photo or music files to be read and played. Also, the media player is easy to use and meets my needs.
Conclusion:
Who likes to spend not much for a 46 "LED TV and an absolute techie is, will be more than satisfied with the UE46ES6100 The 400Hz or 800Hz models are of course even better in their image quality, but cost on average 300 -. 400 more.
A little tip: If you used the TV in relatively dark rooms, the panel brightness should not to turn up because the white and black share in TV then looks very milky.
