But now to my experience with the device:
Preface:
When I received the package, of course I wanted to get started right away and mix anything. Finally, I had the part so added myself for smoothies, pesto and other healthy dishes / foods. The blender is almost completely built on, that is container and engine block are still separated and delivered safely packed, but once you've figured out how to put the container on it, it can already begin.
Use:
I have the mixer directly subjected to a hardness test and nearly everything thrown in, as it was not really recommended (to even read the enclosed instructions): Large ice cubes, frozen raspberries, very large pieces of banana and apple, walnuts, chia seeds and milk. Included in the delivery is a sort of "spoon" or "bar" (?), Which is intended to push stuck ingredients down. This I had indeed used, but the results spoke for themselves: A delicious, creamy smoothie. For the Blender has its own smoothie program. There were no major visible pieces more and "tasted", the consistency was creamy; so should be's. In other ingredients I had not even used the "stick", because I cut the pieces a little smaller and they thus were able to easily get to the blades.
Cleaning:
Great concern had me cleaning a blender, because although I wanted to have a delicious smoothie, but does not have to spend half the time trying to make the unit clean. Cleaning the HR2096 / 00 is very easy. I rinse the glass jug briefly and then fill some detergent with water inside. Then I let the blender run briefly either on the lowest level, or click a few times on the power stage. The blades are therefore already relatively clean. Then simply unscrew the bottom part of the mixer, remove the blade structure, remove the cover, and you've got the whole thing split into its four components, which are then simply again must hold underwater. Drying, just reassemble it - ie put blades on the bottom bracket, screw the whole thing under the glass carafe, lid on, ready - and everything is clean again. I need about 2 minutes, but I'm now a little practice. Chia seeds remain unfortunately stick to the edge of the glass carafe, what the workload increased slightly during cleaning. Through the "trick" with the detergent but remain no (!) Seeds, or food scraps stick to the blade.
Worth mentioning:
The three programs offered the Blender I use amazingly regular. The power boost setting (far left), I need mainly for Use Clean the device, the ice program works fine and the smoothie program I use actually almost daily for my smoothies.
The volume of the device is kept within limits. Although a lively conversation with friends is no longer possible, but the ears you have to not hold. The blender could therefore be a bit more quiet, but seems to boast a similar volume as other competitors. At full RPM (end of Smoothie Proramm, power level, or highest level of the manually operated regulator) the blender is very loud. However, I need such revolutions rarely, and then only very briefly.
Under the engine block of the mixer are "rubber feet" that prevent slippage of the mixer very efficient, top!
Conclusion:
Good value for money! Philips seems to have rectified known defects. Personally, I can now find not only said more faults really. The volume of the device is okay, but could be a little quieter. The mix quality is top! No large pieces, creamy smoothies. The materials used seem to be of high quality (no plastic / plastic smell when unpacking). At least, I am very satisfied with the blender.
