I have found that there is a scattering of Swirl collector and a diaper pail. Apparently, however, it is the same product - only the litter collector is usually cheaper to purchase.
I have these used as a diaper pail - my conclusion:

+ Acquisition and maintenance devour a fortune (compared to ANGELCARE etc.)
+ Some also attached drawstring bag from the drugstore chains themselves
+ Takes little space

- Closing mechanism occasionally jumps from the anchorage (Fummelarbeit these reinstate)
- Less odors as at 08/15 folding buckets, but daily emptying evening already recommended

Conclusion: No wonder bucket, little quirks, not absolutely odor-tight, price / performance is still okay.
