The holder makes a good impression and keeps the device stable and safe at the wheel.
The functionality of the device is sensational: in addition to the classic navigation there is the possibility, photos, videos, music and ebooks store and of course play or read. You can even work with the installed Windows CE - a pen for input is located on the device. The display has a resolution of 800x480 pixels.
First, it is important to set the correct language. Namely, twice: once for the actual platform and then again separately for the navigation unit. However, even many menu items in English, which I find not so bad to stay.
Can pimp you the device still with an SD card if you want to store more data on it.
Once the navigation is started comes a reference to the possibility to install updates on a page. Unfortunately, there is neither the device nor the poor nor instructions on the package any indication how the device is. Funny. So my trip was to the update page No result - no name, no update. Clear.
The real issue: The navigation maps are from the spring of 2012, the navigation starts amazingly fast. The display is well and smoothly, the receiver appears to follow the satellites quickly, because there is almost no delay in pursuing the route.
The display offers more than I've seen from other devices (I'm also not the benchmark): time to arrival, arrival time and route. In addition, your current speed and the speed limit will be displayed.
The distances can be recorded and analyzed afterwards and track: Elapsed distance, V-Max, average speed, time travel, time at a standstill. Very nicely and for guys who find something great - like me - gorgeous.
The processing of the device is okay and is called the price justice.
I like the equipment with two limitations: the lack of upgradeability as well as the partially English menu.
Nevertheless Given the low price, I give 5 stars.
