Price-performance grade 1

I have the UltraMix contrary to my habit not purchased from Amazon because it from another seller for 249, - Euro
is offered. The Amazon had for a while, but the time is the price at Amazon is much higher.
The first thing I had done with the machine a yeast dough. This is done at low speeds, then it works very well. What ensures vibration is the dough from sticking to the dough hook and by the resulting imbalance there are vibrations that are in an acceptable framework. If you then, the high speed, the whole enhanced halt.
Since I'm curious of course I tried it with the highest speeds, but a jumping kitchen machine unfortunately I could not see and walked around it is not.
I can well imagine that you could have problems with too much dough, but I had made 1 Kg dough, and it worked wonderfully. To this day, I once made 3 yeast dough, batter once and it worked without any problems.
Other pluses:
The height of the stirring apparatus is easy to adjust by means of a screw.
The illumination of the bowl during operation is just great.
Like the design better than more than twice as expensive Kitchen Aid, the stale for me my looks
10-step speed regulation, each level is higher also noticeably faster.

Negatives

The rocker arm has still play if he is engaged in working position, if you can set that I'm just trying to find out, I think I have read somewhere but that it is possible.
The list of accessories could be slightly larger, for example, a Flexrührer would be fine.
The machine is made in China, I personally pity.

I would buy the machine at any time and can recommend them to anyone.
