I have recently started the Cooking Chef. About 3 years ago I purchased the Thermomix and regularly during operation. I was the absolute Thermomixfan. Now I have been given the Cooking Chef and think I can do a very good comparison. Some recessions the price of Kenwood is criticized. For about 1200 you get a super great food processor which incidentally still cooking. It includes Profirührgeräte, the finest, a steak-and Hackutensiel, a blender and a stainless steel steamer. The Thermomix has yet a much smaller equipment for the same money. Loose batters as Bisquit, as well as cream and egg whites succeed in the Thermomix poorly. The steamer is here but better, you can conjure up with the Steamer the Thermomix a full menu. Also an increase of the Thermomix is the integrated scale. Many things can be here in one operation done, where you have to change the Kenwood accessories. Advantage of the Cooking Chef is the much larger pot, the finer graduation of the temperature selector. All cakes are much better here. The cooking function is equivalent to the Thermomix.chefs but poor are the recipes of the Cooking Chef, but do all the recipes of the Thermomix can be implemented on Cooking Chef. Also a big plus is that plenty of accessories that you can have for Kenwood yet. When Thermomix are the accessories, also very expensive, for example, only a mixing bowl costs about 300 alone. Faszit: Who has no kitchen appliance should opt for the Kenwood because ect for grating and shredding, Beer presses. not good for the Thermomix. Both devices, however, is important that you have space in the kitchen, because they are very compact and the Kenwood is also difficult. I stay at the Kenwood because the benefits outweigh the food processor for me.
11:06:12 Addendum, unfortunately Dieke wood has not proven in my household, thank God I did not rashly separated me from Thermomix. As a pure food processor Kenwood is unbeatable, but in their accessories rather a boundless disappointment, applies especially for meat grinder, mixer jug and Beer Press. These parts I had in the small Bosch food processor and thereby were a hundred times better in Händling. As a pure food processor the Cooking Chef is clearly too expensive but. Then are brought out better the base part.
