The best album of the 90's Metallica

Load (Vinyl)

Customer Review

"Load" is the sixth album of Metallica, it was released in 1996. Fans of the first hour do not like this record yet it is certainly one of the best albums of the group.
Metallica demonstrated an open mind and do not hesitate to shake sometimes too closed world of Metal, here we find influences of blues, alternative rock .... and even the country!
The music on "Load" is incredibly rich, quiet passages and big guitars of James Hetfield blend perfectly with soli "hendrixiens" Kirk Hammett. The then bassist, Jason Newsted is also very present, it is not hidden at the bottom mix unlike "And Justice For All" album. Lars Ulrich keeps his style easily recognizable even on the country ballad "Mama Said."
This vinyl edition is very good, we take great pleasure in listening to the album through.
