having had enough of coated pots and pans that comes off I invested in a skillet De Buyer to test ... and since I am convinced that we can replace carefree coating stoves by "natural" ecological stoves hardwearing and non-carcinogenic ... and this spatula goes along with my other purchases It is clear that this spatula stoves and make their weight, but at least we know that the material is healthy ....
