As already described in other reviews: it lacks any written instructions for use / How-. But, anyone who reads the reviews here before buying, already known, so I can sure be no deduction!
I like the compact design of these 1-LED chip emitters (no comparison to the bulky halogen spotlights or the parts with 60 individual LEDs. It is now the 3rd I have in use (all via Amazon, various suppliers, but visually almost identical). The light output is enormous for 10W and comes from my feeling of brightness and light color close to the good old 100-watt halogen spotlight. A white, bright and "clean" light with no blue tint, etc. (as I LEDs in "cool white" often feel) - not cozy or warm, but for `living room is the part also not made!
The optics I find quality at first glance and the spotlight would likely at the hardware store, the 3-4 times cost (for equipped with CE and TÜV stickers and ner 15-page German (EU?) Electrical appliances-standard instructions ... but still "Made in China")! Even the grommet is made of metal.
I have the radiator / movement (BM) mounted in 3m height with an almost vertical orientation. The BM detected as safe and responsive to the range of 2 garage doors that are well-10m apart. The adjuster of the BM are not exactly smooth, but can nevertheless be adjusted without any problems with your fingers. The BM itself can be in virtually any position Align (which is not always given, even with more expensive devices).
At the criticized in other reviews limited inclination angle by the BM: how does one ensure that the spotlight with the BM is to be mounted down / needs? As you can already see on the product image shows the regulator towards the radiator. Mounted to the spotlight with the BM upwards result is 2 advantages: the tilt angle can be adjusted easily and the controller are protected against direct weather exposure. In this respect, I can not understand in this regard criticism in other reviews. Here, however, a producer notice (manual!) Or a suitable image of the provider would help to avoid (with overhead BM) misunderstandings ...
The functions of the controller 3 are self-explanatory and presented directly to the controllers on the BM.
Since I have the part installed only yesterday, I can not for the life expectancy / reliability say.
My conclusion: the first impression a great price / performance ratio, if you can do without a manual and the seller wants to believe here that the product complies with the relevant safety standards!
