Still be of interest to others. The fan blades had become jammed during transport and thereby denied his ministry. So what is to be done. On the rear of the instrument vents are located through which one sees the ventilation window. Now take a small screwdriver and it presses the ventilation window back onto the drive shaft. Caution, do not press on the wing, special to the center. Wing clicks into place. Works best above the restricted ventilation holes. Can only recommend the device and the great service.
