Scrap for nostalgics

First: I am MagLite fan I have the classic 2D and 4D .. and connect a lot of good memories with it.. The LED version is with me now in the closet. Yes, in the closet. It is beautiful to look at, but nowadays simply outdated as a flashlight.

There is not a single objective advantage of this lamp compared to half as expensive, half the weight and half the size of current models. On the contrary, no clever scheme, only one light level, lousy compared photograph and the use of obsolete batteries, for which there is no real battery alternative.

As a (former) Maglite fan I can only say: Look what is state of the art today. The light output of these heavy Maglite is now easy with 50g and
Who should buy this lamp here now? Clearly: MagLite fans who want to reminisce and / or something looking for the showcase. Those looking for a stable, well-made flashlight that weighs little, is small and much brighter than this one, looks at one of the many manufacturers, the market throw the current products (Fenix, ThruNite, NiteCore, etc ...) and acquires there is a product, which is superior to this MagLite galaxies.
