This is now in these eight new acoustic-cover tracks of Roman Lob completely different. Here you can hear at first sound: Roman Lob sings - that's pure voice! And he can afford it, that this musical background reduced the handset fully focused on his voice. It is also recognized that Roman Lob despite its skillful Pop + Soul phrasing even an excellent "folk singer" would - with an appropriate song material.
I find it interesting - although it is obvious, of course - that Roman Lob has chosen songs to covers that are a bit of his own compositional handwriting "soul mates". He likes the repetition of distinctive melodies. He gropes sensitively in a song before - then to increase vigorously in the chorus his voice - which he safe and pleasant sound in all registers. He incessantly schaffft a stylistic balance of gentle intoning through to expressive vocal outburst. On making bodies is interrupted the frugal accompaniment of seconds - and novel voice is with great presence alone in the room.
Largest earwig is naturally Beyonce grammyprämiertes "Crazy In Love". The song also gets in the novel version by the constant repetition to enhancing this fascinating tension. With "All Of Me" follows a successful romantic duet with Barbara Spoo.
"Love Me Like You Do, is a ballad, but not only sanfte- he also suggests vigorous tones here.
"Blank Space" with distinctive guitar sounds totally for "folk", as the fast, narrative "Do not".
"After Tonight" has structural similarity with "Crazy In Love". After "Hold On We're Going We" ends with "Waves", perhaps the most beautiful and very gently held ballad, this remarkable collection of his "Acoustivc Session 1".
If this collection of songs proves something, then surely this: Roman Lob one of the most talented artists of his generation.
Figuratively seen sound would be a balanced mix of "Home" and these 8 songs probably optimal.
A tip from me for the third's Roman-praise album!
