I was far from sure which pad to it .... Now I've ordered this here and must say: In Your Face! In the first two nights it was a bit unusual (not uncomfortable), but that has subsided quickly. The cushion the head adapts very well and is very comfortable. To me almost perfectly. What is missing in the description is that the pillow on "Climate holes" has for the optimum aeration. If the cushions permanently remains as it is now, then I can issue a full purchase recommendation for that !! Would buy again.
