Bothered for several weeks by tendinitis I could not rid myself while I'm in the marathon preparation, morale has taken a hit. So I tried my luck with the knee and I am amazed by its effectiveness. In only a few sessions, the pain disappeared (the installation of an ice pack after each session also helps reduce inflammation). I could finally resume long sessions (2H) and seriously pursue my preparation.
