The introduction is a bit short and does not specify the ways of use. It is nonetheless rigorous even if the author can not resist placing his ad, "the Pranarôm brand reference in the field"
His "12 favorite essential oils" are relevant but with two curiosities: the mandra vasarotra-up of ravintsara thujanol and thyme, two hard to find ET. Each card is attractive even if it lacks specific recipes for each oil.
New page ad on page 40 with its compact oregano capsules, arguing that oregano is a HE too strong for ingestion. "You will not find rarely in pure form because its use requires care because of its dermocausticité" which is both false (it can be found more easily than mandra!) And just (be very touch). Anecdotally, it is this very HE Ms. Festy (while writing "never apply pure oregano on the skin") recommends in the bath, directly under the tongue or on the chest Pure (My 15 oils essential, p217-218). Search rigor!
The pathologies represents the bulk of the book with "100 effective formulas for 300 diseases" The fact that these 100 formulas only present the 12 ET presented is the real added value of this book ("100 reflexes aromatherapy" Ms Festy used by Example 78 HE, which is obviously much easier!) It takes a real intimate knowledge of aromatherapy, so to get to the point. The recipes are given in drops but the quantities still remain a small (fifty drops per recipe) to be very convenient. Schema used to see at a glance the cons-indications but sometimes regrets the lack of precision. Professional reviews are still relevant and we feel overall in very good hands.
In the end, a great practical book, in an attractive format and which, beyond its somewhat high price, will save money (12 HE only buy for curing or alleviating almost all!).
Sincerely,
Mr Wellness
