In June both lamps gave every few days to the spirit, so far beyond the average life of 35,000 hours, the stand in the product description. In case of failure number 1 I thought more, annoying but something may happen, but at number 2, I came to the conclusion that it was time once the dealer Offgridtec GmbH to write, whether as a replacement would be possible. I admit, I had made no great hopes that I would ever hear anything from them. I was more than pleasantly surprised, I for one of them got an answer and beyond still got 2 spare bulbs for free sent. The correspondence was actually pretty short, the trader has acted promptly and I was left at the end of a very satisfied customer. I still do not dare to say that the two replacement lamps will persevere longer than their predecessors. But the company has won Offgridtec definitely a customer who likes to buy back at them, but another product ;-).

3. the lamp 1 star life.
4. Customer-friendliness of the dealer 6 star. (My expectations were far exceeded)
