Heat: comes with Ultratec Infra save from above - the fat of the food runs in an extra drip tray. This I wipe after using (about 15 minutes later - Cooling) with kitchen roll and then give in the dishwasher. The second-celled Grill cup is very easy to clean (wipe them after about 15 minutes cooling time as first with paper towel from, they sink then hand in the sink (after a few minutes, this also clean !!).
We have previously Porterhouse steaks (sliced - also the filet broke away from the beautiful bone) grilled sausages, vegetables, turkey, potatoes. I raclette cheese in Extra yet vorhandenenn from old raclette dish cooked (so that the cheese does not ausrinnt), also works great. For the porterhouse steaks we shot the height adjustment all the way down (by pressing lightly on the top panel). We Ultratec Infra save directly under our cooker in the kitchen.
Another advantage is that the fat of the food runs off (hence the bad conscience is a little Helps soothe) ...
