The grill is solid and functioning properly. The tip described here and in the manual aperture to cover behind the heating spiral with silver foil is highly recommended. So far I have used the device only a kebab grill. The use of an electric knife guessed here in my opinion is even strongly recommended.
Unfortunately, you can no adjustment (temperature, rotational movement without heating etc.) on what would be very useful, particularly for operating as doner grill. There is only one power switch full load + rotational movement, that's it.
At the end of the kebab preparation then extends the power of the device is no longer made. The meat is durchgergahrt up on the tables, is no longer crisp and dries out quickly.
I think with a bit of experimentation with respect. Quantity of meat and fat, I can improve my results yet.
I had used in 5 people two liters of blood. What in the end, of course, was too much meat. However, it has made clear,
that the grill is only suitable for a small group of people. Total duration of grilling (was with me about 1.5 hours).
