At first I was skeptical but after the first try, I am fully convinced. Use the FireSpice chips in a Weber kettle grill. Take about always a handful, I then 30 min. einweiche and then add directly into the fire (if it has reached the perfect Grilltemp.). Sausage and meat get the especial note (they let this burn incense in the cold zone of the grill).
Very guit - buy, buy, buy - even if the price for a little "wood" on the high side appears.
