The principle? the device generates a precise heat in the heart of the dermis to trigger slowing hair growth. It seems the more we have the clear skin, the more it works ...
The best results are obtained on very fair skin with very black hair ^^
As for me, the only drawback I found with this device is the fact that one should shave before using. So if you, like me, you used to remove hair, it will wait a few weeks before starting the "treatment" to allow time for your hair 1/2 and pushing / shave them. It will also avoid sun exposure a few days after treatment areas.
So once you have shaved, here you go!
1 / plugging in
2 / press ON to turn it on
3 / adjust the intensity of the flashes (personally, I selected the maximum power and I did not feel any pain)
4 / epilator press against the skin and squeeze the trigger located on the handle
5 / moving the unit to another area to be treated.
I started treating armpits there 20 days. I am in my second session. I shaved between the two sessions.
It says it takes on average 10 to 12 sessions to obtain a lasting result. However, I notice that the density of hair regrowth is less important.
To be continued ...
EDIT ----------------------------------------------
April 18th, 2015 ----> hair cell (!) A month later ... I keep testing the armpits only.
Regrowth is really slower between each session (and every shave). I shave underarms once a week and I must admit that the hair grows back finer.
I am to 3 sessions but it still remains hairs.
ABOVE ALL, do not put deodorant 24h after a session because it burns (I forgot this detail during my second session and it's pretty unpleasant)
EDIT -----------------------------------------------
6 May 2015 -------> 4th session and finished ... almost more hair that grows back (still only in the armpits).
