Unit arrived neatly packed. Installs no problems. Hard drive installed - all described in Wikiportal. Only an existing 500 GB disk that could record with the original software has been able to then make any more records to software change on XTrend 9200 Image 05/2012. But is also a hard drive that does not appear in the list of recommended.
Otherwise, nice unit - but something to experiment. Those looking for a device to install and get started, I would recommend another device. Price / performance ratio okay.
