The HD + card together with the CI + module is, like, just to be plugged in the instructions that come with in a modern television or receiver in the corresponding slot. Once you've plugged in this combination and expect eg from RTL automatically RTL HD is on the usual channel position that is wrong with the assumption. You have to either find the appropriate channels with the additional designation HD in the list on the TV or receiver or if there are not performing the channel scan. Then also the viewing experience will function as in something seemingly simple television advertising currently on the map.
Sometimes it may be necessary for the (older) devices to install a Firmwareuüdate thus recognizes the modules.
Switching between HD programs after installing the HD + card, including CI + module take quite a bit longer than one might imagine it, for me it takes about three seconds (Samsumg Smart TV Series H) and the "initialization" of the module when the TV also a few seconds, or possibly even longer (?) take with me is about 6-7 seconds (immediately Smart TV Logo, 6-7 seconds initialization, 3 seconds to program) and so to get a total of within good 10 seconds from power on to the image.
In summary:
> Switching only extended between the encrypted HD + programs
> Switching between all other programs and unencrypted HD programs remains as before installing the card
> The pre-existing channels are not automatically to HD channels -> tuning is possibly necessary to find HD channels
> Firmware update necessary possibly on some devices
Conclusion: So far I have no regrets having bought the HD + card this module, the difference in my 55Zoll Smart TV is very large as a result and I think also that I will the next few years remain faithful to this service.
