Perfect for 17 "laptops (and more?)

What I like:

(+) The notebook compartment a fully padded insert for NB (also below)> Bag in Bag (+) fuse notebook at the top with an elastic Velcro
My 17 "laptop is thus firmly fixed, I am convinced, a larger notebook should also fit in!
(+) Space for a small folder and an Attache Wallet
(+) Front compartment provides plenty of space for the div. Paraphernalia and A4 block, the office in a backpack
(+) Outside front 2 zippered pockets (ticket, handkerchiefs, MP3 etc)
(+) Floor of vinyl (or similar) that is stopping on wet roads no problem
(+) Rain cover in a separate compartment in the floor (for those who every day are so traveling by bicycle or public transport.
(+) + Chest strap waist belt (esp. For cyclists)
(+) Straps / bands on the sides prevent the fall out of the folder with zipper fully open, give the bag in an open state stability
(+) Good comfort, wide padded shoulder straps
(+) Acceptable weight

What could be better:

(-) Side pockets for accessories tight (for power supply and power cord)

As with many other products also, it is "Made in China".
I can recommend the backpack without reservation and would buy it again!
Excellent value for money, and significantly more expensive notebook cases, not all
thoughtful details of Targus XL.
