Have bought at Saturn this Pelikan cartridges as cheaper replacement for the original Canon cartridges for my Canon Pixma iP 4700. Right from the start there was a problem as a cartridge from the three replacement will not at all correctly recognized by the printer. This was then replaced with Saturn (evitably), and I was pointed out that this is done on a goodwill basis. Impudence! Well, then it was apparently first a while, but not very long. Much I have not printed so until significant quality problems and strip showed in the picture. When I again wanted to test the printer and the cartridges, as the current level is and whether it is possible to recognize obvious problem (eg at the die), I realized that the cartridges were apparently almost empty, first and second, the proper recognition when reseating again was not possible. As I said - I did not then logged, but many pages can not have been.
Of these Pelikan cartridges I'll probably be in the future fingers. As I have instead the refilling my original Canon cartridges contemplated has referred me in neighboring Refill shop to a more favorable no-name version for my printer. This then also functioned. So is it possible to offer this inexpensive part and still guarantee function ...
