Quick and easy, with LTE better reception ...

I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.
One with Wi-Fi for my wife and a second for me with additional LTE function, since I'm a lot on business and rarely at home.
First of all I would like to make an important difference that we noticed in your last vacation.
The tablet with LTE has a much better reception performance (even with pure wireless operation).
We were on the Dominican Republic at a resort. In the lobby, on site there was a free internet access via WLAN (or WiFi)
While I had relatively good relations and among others, could access it without problems on my emails, my wife had with your Tab but problems and was significantly slower on the go, or could not get several mails that were slightly larger. The data transfer rates on the Dom.Rep. are significantly worse than ours ...

Conclusion after the holiday:
Even if you do not want to use a SIM card, the tablet, it may make sense to get the version incl. LTE. (Apart from the fact that it never hurts to keep this option open, also the resale value is much higher!)
In Germany, where most wireless networks are well developed, this difference is however negligible. Here one also comes with the normal version (without LTE) along very well.

For Tablet in:
We are both very pleased.
The tablet is quite easy and very well made. Android runs very well and almost always smooth. (Depending on application)
Setup and use Android-typical and of course simple.

The internal memory of 16GB is enough very good for normal use.
Who packs quite a lot of data to be tablet, I recommend using an extra memory card and save where possible all data. I am using a 32GB micro SD card of SanDisc. These are very reliable and fast. (SDHC UHS-I Class 10)

The sound performance is very good. Sound quality is quite high and loses the use of headphones little performance.
(Depends of course always on the headphones used ...)

Conclusion:
A very reliable tablet that corresponds to the technical state. For surfing, play, work, and so very appropriate.
We are both very pleased and would buy the same device again. (However, this time both with LTE ...)

TIP:
In order to protect the equipment and as well as possible to protect I suggest a protective film and a protective cover.
As a protective film, I can recommend from EnGive. This protects the display from scratches and does not affect the touch response.
