Why I have chosen for the Speedphone 10? Since my Telekom Speedport W724V Type C is in the outermost corner of the house (constructional reasons) and my connected Gigaset base stations have a range problem.
The phone comes as I said very solid over, say size is appropriate, menu clearly and without bells and whistles. Display is highlighted and illuminated like the keyboard, which only a short time goes into sleep mode, suboptimal for me.
Battery problems? I have so far not! Immediately after connecting it came the latest firmware! Since then, 3-4 days standby no problem. I run 2-speed phones with 2 different numbers on my Speedport. Numbers I have created about "Our contacts" in the Speedport itself, and the phones set to this Konatktliste.
Ringtones etc. can be adapted to all small inconspicuous charging station is also there.
2 points that bother me personally very:
1. Calls list shows only numbers: As I said contacts are synced over Speedport. Call me now a stored contact on his name appears on the display. I did not reply, the call goes into the caller list but here appears not his name but only his number. I've just taken with the consultation hotline for Speed Phones (no Telekom Hotline) is the problem that the Speedphone accessing the caller list from the Speedport, here even Numemrn display. Problems is well known. A trick how to deal it I tried, does not work with me but.

Once it worked for me and it appeared name in the caller list, then I have the problem at the first Speedphone this make crashes the Speedphone after the "yes" from the 2nd and reports with the same procedure "Memory Full". Since Fritz and their phone can a point deduction.
2. Is my 2nd Speedphone While connected to the second number, it does not appear in the Speedport but among connected devices, but function is given'm going to set up this coming weekend the router from scratch and see what happens.
Very positive, I find the range of the phones, the establishment in general and the voice quality!

following negative characteristics of me (by Telecom Support Forum confirmed)
- Very poor customer support, manufacturer VTech (paid Hotline) pushes on Telekom and vice versa
- Excessive noise in a telephone (also in the support forum)
- Crashes when importing contact (see above)
- No visual indication of new calls on the Speedbox, only missed Ads
- Income contacts at connection / sync to the router
positive so far:
- Easy handling
- Clear structure
- Simple menu
- Easy set-up
As I said the unit is from the company VTech and not from the telecom, giving her only your name. Considering that I am six months after launch still as Beta testers feel, and for me the Telekom the Anspechpartner not VTech. When the Telekom buys a product, I expect no bugged firmware / Sync

Now I have the Siemens Gigaset C430A IPgestellt with extra handset and will test, unfortunately - as I would have liked to keep the speed Phones! No one can say where the source of error is me eventually, but have no desire to change it again and again all the equipment, the Routerlog indicates no error.
