The pillow was very well received and it was accordingly tested immediately.
My father (about 180 cm tall) has just used it on the first night even for two hours because it seemed to him much too high.
Now have the pillow again at a height of 9 cm and ordered it fits perfectly for him. He sleeps a lot better and the morning no pain in the cervical spine.
My mother (about 165 cm tall) now uses the cushion at a height of 15 cm and is sleeping much better. For my mother, this height is perfect.
Meanwhile I ordered the pad even in the height of 15 cm and I sleep much better since then (am about 172 cm tall).
One should not necessarily go to the height so, but once you have found the correct height, a great neck support pillow and highly recommended.
