Two weeks now it has taken its place in my kitchen, advantageously replacing my pressure cooker (that had not resisted an oversight on fire several hours ....), my crockpot and my rice cooker. I hesitated a long time between Philips Multicooker whose steam cooking times are very long and slow cooker Cookeo whose capabilities are limited (2 hours max). And finally, I was conquered by multiple security systems of the machine and its various characteristics: rapid steam cooking, simmered until 10 am, keeping warm, ... I was afraid of not find recipes (recipe booklet in fairly succinct English) but there are plenty of ideas on the Internet. In 15 days, I sautéed beef with pastis, a small pork with lentils, beef bourguignon, blanquette of veal, rice, applesauce with vanilla, cream of zucchini, various soups ... In short, I do not regret my choice!
