Supports SATA I / II / III, and important to me: 4TB.
Neutral:
Supports USB 3.0, which is nice, but uses at a transfer rate of 400 m / s? Only a sales bait.
Clont also SSD.
Disadvantages:
The capacity of the clone disk (copy) must be greater than that of cloned (Original). Same Size is explicitly excluded. So this is - strictly speaking - no clone function. One can not create same copies.
Have so few plates phrases same plates (same manufacturer, capacity), because I could with the old Clone Station back at will and herclonen. Thus at this station would be closing. Too bad.
For me, a knock-out criterion, since this represents an unacceptable restriction and my Windows system SSDs I probably will not regularly take turns cloning can use this device, and I just like not buy ever larger SSDs.
What happens when cloning a (supposedly supported) 4TB disk, I have not tested. But if the clones plate must be greater, then you have probably more than 4 TB have - but there are only so 4TB support ... somehow enigmatic.
Only English description
1/4 star deduction there was 2 3/4 star deduction for the English-language description, but due to the inability to create a real same clone.
Conclusion:
For someone who is the station rarely maybe required for cloning a good thing, you can quickly connect times a drive via USB and see what is on it, or copy one or the other file.
But even cloning a disk from 2 TB to be done in a cool room, or one is at a fan. Fleet plates can be uncooled very hot, so my opinion is this device not for reliable continuous operation. My Opinion.
