Of course, it is another games console generation, with the corresponding restrictions on the graphic I could have lived. Even with the partial uncomfortable menu design (eg you can indeed save the game, but to load a saved game you have only the current game leave).
Two things, however, have really annoyed me.
Very many and often very long (over 10 minutes) of video content. This seems to include an integral part of the MGS series. I have nothing against cutscenes that can enrich a game for me already. But there was too much of a good thing for me and I have the videos afterwards most clicked away.
The second is the control at Shooter sequences, so especially in the Boss battles. In the first-person view, it is really an impertinence. Oversensitive and thus hardly suited for accurate targeting. In the 3rd-person view without crosshair and thus for game that really wants to be a stealth game too demanding.
For me the fun has then passed straight for one of the three games, namely Snake Eater. Since the matter of the extensive film clips is a general feature of the series and the game mechanics in the two previous parts can hardly be better, I still do not trust me to make a review of the entire collection.
