Really great effect here, however, the numerous Bonis from, which one is chasing for hours as players themselves after completing the Story Levels. So you collect not only the mandatory for Lego Games gold and red bricks (which have to be sent here by owl post for now), but also saves students in need who are waiting distributed throughout all of Hogwarts to those very salvation. Particularly great I felt that free playable characters must be sought first of all, before they can then buy in the store in Diagon Alley. This attracts the fun even more in the length and makes the bargain for a real collector's instinct (along the lines although I have already 10 other characters unlocked, but you can think for lack Lego stones, the ingame currency not buy).
Also great that you have to learn spells only in lessons now. Thus, for every year at least one new slogan with which you can only ever enter then many areas of the game.
All in all would Lego Harry Potter so a clear 5-star candidate, if there was not this a mega bug that is so serious that I have for it simply peel an asterisk (more bugs me at least not noticed).
Once the character Mad Eye Moody to freely play a certain space (the dragon cellar beneath the classroom in which one has the Wingardium Leviosa learned magic) enters, and within this space even one extra, for example, the game automatically saves, which means that one once the bug hits, the space can never again leave (ie no longer can explore the rest of Hogwarts), but only return to the Diagon Alley is capable. The bug lurks namely when leaving the room (it is thrown by a dragon, but this can go wrong a lot, he hurls his own character that is not always outside, but casts a sometimes against the ceiling). Once that is done, you can sit in the case, the dragon is moving a second time to convey an out, and even if you end up rebooting again and again in this one cellar upon entering Hogwarts. To this end, a tip: just said space not enter until you have unlocked everything in the game, except for a student in need of a character and a red stone (at this time are also likely to only two golden stones missing). These three extras then you get the hang cellar, and even if you then the bow falls victim, it's still possible to go back to Diagon Alley, and to finish the game 100%.
Finally once the pros and cons at a glance:
Pro: - Harry Potter atmosphere very well captured
- Numerous characters, each with different abilities (eg Hagrid, Malfoy, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore and even Voldemort himself)
- Beautifully designed Level
- Free play many extras for
- Excellent designter OpenWorld area incl Hogwarts.
-. As usual incl Koop mode for two players
- For trophy hunters: many challenging trophies for the PS3, all offline feasible
Cons: - Huge Open World area very confusing
- Mega Bug ensures that you can again fully begin an almost terminated game from scratch (very annoying)
So all in all I give four stars for the best Lego game since Star Wars, but that, unfortunately, at least has a fatal error.
