It took me only used a new black cartridge, the rest was intended as a stock. So I used the first of the two cartridges in my printer model CE310A HP LaserJet 100 colorMFP M175nw. As a result, flashed a yellow exclamation mark and the message it Wurd "10.1000 Material Memory error" appears on the display. The cartridge indicator reported a question mark. Print jobs are not executed.
Then I signed up via e-mail the customer service of Tito-Express and got the tip, the printer briefly to take the power to remove the toner, then the printer back on and insert the toner. I've tried, but the error message remained the same.
After that I then tried the second black cartridge from the package. After inserting the printer was rattling and rumbling noises and displays the error message "Error 54.2 on and off". The cartridge was now no longer take out, because somehow the rotating drum in which are the toner cartridge, was blocked. Now I have called the hotline and got told by a friendly staff member that this issue had appeared already a couple of times and could be solved by that one highly takes the printer and a little shaking in all directions. The cartridge must have somehow located at inserting awry and could be de-block in this way usually again. I've tried three times (quite exhausting, the printer is a tough part), unfortunately without success. After a renewed call to the customer service, now it was said that after shaking I should wait a few hours, then the cartridge often slide by itself in the right position. This is what I made, tested again after about 3 hours and then the next morning - without progress.
So again, how to unlocked in the hotline, where I fortunately reached the employee from the day before, who sent me a link to a guide in the HP-Forum (in English), the rotary drum by hand to get at the problem cartridge ([. ..]). The alternative would have been to return your printer to Tito-Express - it of course I did not feel like, finally, I wanted to actually print So I proceeded according to instructions, it worked, was a bit tricky because of the rotating mechanism is very stiff and you the tapes should not touch. After a while I had turned the Black cartridge in position and was able to take out it.
To test whether I had perhaps done something wrong at the onset, I then used the (almost empty) original cartridge. That went smoothly, no chatter and no error message. Then I thought, I give the Tito cartridge one last chance, and they have again used. Here again the same phenomenon. And this time the drum was when manually turning somehow still sluggish, so I only with some violence could turn the right position at the end. Fortunately probably nothing has been damaged - by reinserting the original cartridge I've done a test print, which looked normal.
Well, after this experience, I naturally had little desire durchzuexerzieren the same game again with the remaining three cartridges, and have reported to the hotline, I want my money back. I then got a link to the DHL return form sent and could print me a return shipping label - after all, it worked smoothly.
Just for clarification: Against the Customer can not say anything. The hotline is a normal landline number, and the waiting time in the loop was limited (maybe 30 sec.). The staff were always friendly and helpful. But here I rate so the product, and that has not worked and given me a lot of trouble and robbed of valuable time.
