Totally unsuitable for mobile phones

This insurance product is very disappointing! I purchased the device protection for a cell phone. A few months after buying the phone, I had a liquid loss, which was covered by the insurance. Replacement mobile phone there is not; there is only repair or replacement value (not replacement of the purchase price!). However, it took five days, until I got a form and submission address for the phone. After another three (3) weeks (!) And various emails I got the phone back without further comment or announcement. The damage was not remedied. Now it is probably in another round emails and phone calls.

This insurance product is never recommended for devices that have been in use every day. One should on the devices already can do without for a few months and even then it is unclear whether it goes back or whether you get a replacement. I will prefer to rent in the future my phone again the provider - because you get a replacement phone within a few days and at the end of the term of the rented mobile phone is an already mostly paid.
