Known issue most 8 inch tablets have only a micro USB port. Since either is only charging or USB devices.
But this changes the Adater. Red connector with USB plug and connect into the mains socket. Black connector with a connecting cable and OTG from the tablet. The USB jack can now either a mouse or ..... or a USB hub without its own power supply to these can then, for example mouse keyboard, and so on are used. Everything is recognized under Windows.
